Arca Solutions, Inc, has a need for a highly motivated Inside Sales Professional to handle all aspects of sales for our eDirectory brand.

We are a profitable company that currently does not have a sales group. We are looking for a talented individual to develop our sales processes, prove the model works, and gradually build out a sales organization. The person we are looking for will get in the trenches and get things done.

What we are looking for

  • Deep understanding of “best practice” sales principles
  • Highly motivated “do what it takes” attitude
  • Comfortable with selling software and Internet technologies
  • Great communication skills, and a sense of humor

Job Description

  • Put together and implement a sales plan
  • Initiate sales calls and generate leads
  • Recruit and manage resellers.
  • Follow-up on sales leads generated from marketing efforts
  • Provide product sales, demonstrations and technical training to customers and resellers.

Requirements

  • The ability to actively manage both inbound and outbound activity.
  • You should be detailed oriented and comfortable with using CRM/SFA applications (Salesforce.com) to manage your activity.
  • Must feel comfortable demonstrating a product that is somewhat technical.
  • Accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Need to be able to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales position.
  • The ability to travel periodically is required.

Compensation

Competitive Base salary + Commission, Benefits, Paid Vacation
